Our History

Central Minnesota Health Network (CMHN) was founded in 2015 with the goal of developing a clinically integrated network of physicians and hospitals that collaborates on patient-centric initiatives to achieve the goals of improving the quality of care, reducing costs and improving patient experience to foster improvement in the overall health of the communities within central Minnesota.
